A new "space family entertainment centre" has been opened in Bogota, Colombia, by operator Jorge Montero.
The latest in his series of Star Park locations is themed to give the impression of spaceship surroundings, using colours, lighting effects, sound and even vibrations and laser-mapping. Staff are dressed as robotic characters.
The Star Park chain, which was created by the Montero family 25 years ago, now has seven amusement centres in Colombia. All of them use Intercard debit card systems to initiate rides and games. The new location, which is adjacent to the Diverplaza mall, covers 8,000sq.ft and also contains bumper cars and private event facilities.
