Provider of cashless and ticketing solutions Semnox has integrated digital waiver technology into its point of sale system.
The Waiver Screen is a touchscreen-based tablet with a stylus that captures the digital signature of the customer and, with the customer’s consent, sends out digital marketing material.
The content on the screen is configurable and available in multiple languages. Once the customer has signed the waiver using the stylus, the signature is captured and the electronic file is stored in the company’s Parafait system for future reference.
Kiran Karanki, director at Semnox Solutions, said: “With waivers becoming very critical for business, this process ensures that the waiver is signed before the transaction is saved against that customer’s file.”
