Semnox Solutions has launched a fully integrated Locker System using RFID technology for family entertainment centres, theme parks, water parks, events and expos, shopping malls and sports stadiums.
The lockers are managed by Semnox’s software application Parafait.
The system has been designed to provide a simple, efficient and cost effective method for managing lockers. Parafait enables the issue of lockers and the identification of vacant ones. A single card/band can now be used for all cashless operations, including entry/exit, purchases and locker management.
Umesh Prabhu, vice president of operations at Semnox Solutions, said the company has specifically designed the system to enable operators to manage their locker systems more effectively.
He said: “With a very intuitive user interface, you can now easily manage the day-to-day operations of the locker system and all collections through the locker rentals are now tracked in a single system. The lockers are integrated with advanced RFID technology with the highest levels of encryption (combined with dynamically generated keys) taking security to the next level. We have also incorporated features such as disabling the locks in case of misplacement of issued wristbands/cards.”
