Sega Total Solutions has boosted its sales and technical support departments with two new appointments.
Nathan Delmar-Addy has joined the sales department and will actively promote the company’s new products, while assisting with the general sales of the department.
“As we have seen a tremendous growth in the redemption ticket and change machine side of our business,” said general manager Peter Murphy, “it is important to expand this further, hence Nathan joining the sales team to work closely with our customers and seek further opportunities.”
Thomas Haume, meanwhile, has joined STS’ technical support department to repair and service both Sega and third-party products. This is another part of the business that has recently expanded due to the large number of third-party products we now distribute, Murphy explained.
“Both Nathan and Thomas are new to our industry and bring with them a fresh approach that will bring new ideas to the STS team.”
