Sega Amusements International has moved quickly to distance itself from the Texas-based Key Master Direct.
A statement was issued from the company’s London office on Monday making it clear that Key Master Direct is not an authorised distributor of Sega and has no business relationship with Sega.
It continued: “New Sega Key Master machines are not available to purchase through Key Master Direct and Sega does not provide any warranty for any machines supplied by Key Master Direct.”
“For a genuine Sega Key Master and full after sales service and support please contact your local authorised Sega distributor,” said Sega CEO Paul Williams.
