The new SeaWorld attraction in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will open on time next year, reports the CEO of developer Miral.

Yas Island

Mohamed Abdalla Al Zaabi said this week the plan to open the park at the Yas Island entertainment and retail location in the UAE capital will go ahead in 2022. It will be a contactless resort throughout, he added.

Miral is a major investor in the Yas Island destination that is now home to much of the UAE’s non-Dubai attractions, including Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Clymb and Warner Brothers World.

The contactless aspect of the upcoming park will be driven by facial recognition, said Al Zaabi.
