Noor Island, Flash Diamond Events Production’s latest FEC in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, has completed the implementation of Semnox Solutions’ integrated venue management system.
The soft play and arcade centre was established to serve the local community with entertainment for children and families.
“After evaluating several options, we chose Semnox for its reliability, integration capabilities, and system support.

“We’ve seen noticeable improvements in staff workflow and overall operational flow.”
The entertainment location now operates its arcade with RFID cards and approximately 75 Semnox Beam readers for tap-to-play functionality.
