Sacoa Cashless System revealed five new products at the recent IAAPA Expo 2024 in Florida, US.
These products included K5 Kiosk, an all-in-one solution for purchasing, recharging, and analysing PlayCards. It features ADA compliance, multi-language support, and customisable cabinet designs.
Also revealed was Redemption 2 which offers an intelligent interface to improve redemption operations, allowing staff to serve multiple customers simultaneously.
KwikPay was also on launched, which is a payment solution designed for small and route-based operations. Eliminating the need for cash and tokens, it supports QR code-based payments on arcade games and vending machines, while enabling loyalty programmes and discounted games.
There was also the Redemption Kiosk which allows customers to select prizes on their own, without taking up the time of a staff member. When the customer is ready to check out, the Redemption Kiosk will print a ticket that can be handed to an employee who will then hand the prizes to the customer.
Finally there was Time Tracker, a tool that optimises venue management by allowing for a staff member to quickly activate an LED wristband with a preset amount of time, thereby allowing for customers whose time has run out to be quickly identified. This reduces the need for single-use wristbands, whose costs quickly add up, and it allows for better control over time-based attractions.
