There was a royal visit for juke box manufacturer Sound Leisure this week. Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal visited the Leeds factory of the company to be greeted by managing director Chris Black.
He said: "It is fair to say that in 40-plus years of manufacturing, Tuesday's visit by HRH The Princess Royal was undoubtedly our proudest moment. We are deeply honoured to have been awarded a royal visit and the whole Sound Leisure team, from apprentices to seasoned professionals, put on a fantastic tour that showcased the skills and knowledge required to manufacture a Sound Leisure Classic Jukebox.
"As you can imagine this week has been somewhat of a blur and we are just in the process of catching up. We are now looking forward to business as usual, in our particularly clean factory!"
