The latest brand to make its way into arcades and FECs (and not before time!) is Nerf.
The popular foam dart toys are an ideal fit for the basis of a videmption game and it looks like Raw Thrills agrees.
Thanking Arcade Heroes for the heads up on this, the game has been spotted on test in Round1 and Dave and Busters’ venues, both in California.
Nerf Arcade uses the same control panel and seating arrangement as Space Invaders Frenzy, but has replaced the giant LED screen in favour of a standard display.
Raw Thrills aren’t commenting on the title at the moment but from the comments on discussion site Reddit, it sounds like it is a videmption game with shooting gallery-style play.
