The Quest brand is described as "an urban playground" and has two internal arenas, each of which incorporates multiple complex but interconnected activity zones. The Junior Tag Arena is unique to the company and is designed for children up to the age of eight. The second arena is open to anyone over the height of 120cm.

Both arenas have games that combine physical and mental challenges. Placed throughout both arenas and within the different activities at ‘tags’ which glow in different colours, according to a computer-controlled points system.

The players collect points through wristbands equipped with electronic sensors that automatically log-on to the tag light source, building up more points as they reach more tags. Strategy plays a major part in the process of collecting tag. Each game lasts 20 minutes with a short break as Quest involves some physical activity..
