QubicaAMF Worldwide is taking steps towards providing a better customer experience with an improved website.

The updated site which launched yesterday is designed to appeal to specific users, making it easier for potential bowling investors, developers and existing customers, including proprietors, managers and mechanics, to interact and do business with the company.

"Our previous website was difficult to navigate based on feedback we received from customers," says Emanuele Govoni, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of QubicaAMF. "More content and resources have been added across all product lines. The structure has been streamlined and simplified, so people can get the information they want in as little as one click. Checking it out for yourself is the best way to experience all of the newly added benefits."

As part of a continued effort to deliver a better customer experience on the web, several new features have been added to the site. Each product page now includes a photo gallery as well as direct links to related products, brochures and resources. Several website resources have been updated in conjunction with the new site. Examples include a Bowler Entertainment System (BES) Scoring Demo, a Furniture and Masking Layout Tool, which configures a variety of sample center layouts, an expanded New Center Photo Gallery and several white papers available for download. Visitors now also have the ability to leave feedback from any page on the site and translate the site into local language.
