Location-based entertainment company Spider Entertainment will open its first competitive socialising venue in Manchester.

This year will see the new location open its doors in Printworks, Manchester’s premier entertainment complex following the signing of a lease between Spider and the venue owner, DTZ.
This summer is a projected opening time for the experience which will be named Spider Box, said Rob Hetherington, CEO of Spider Entertainment.
Hetherington said: "Since our establishment in 2020, we've aspired to enter the ownership and operation of location-based entertainment. Manchester, particularly Printworks, was a priority for us. The recent investment in Europe's largest digital ceiling showcases Printworks' commitment to the site and the city. We believe Spider Box will align seamlessly with their vision to establish Printworks as a premier destination for immersive experiences and digital technology."
