The annual Park Avenue Open Day in the UK has been confirmed to take place on June 8.

While resident companies Electrocoin and UDC open their doors to welcome customers, suppliers and representatives from all sectors of the industry, there will be an ever-growing list of outside companies present, displaying their latest products.

"Last year we had over 30 companies represented in our building and we anticipate the numbers will be similar this year," said Electrocoin’s Kevin
Weir. "We give priority to those that have supported the event in previous years, but inevitably there will be one or two who may not be here this year for various reasons, but we already have requests from new companies wanting to attend and hope to be able to accommodate them."

Not only does the event provide an opportunity for the industry to see the latest products but also raises money for the BACTA Charitable Trust and the Macmillan charity.

As in previous years, the famous Greek barbecue and free bar will be provided by Electrocoin and UDC invites everyone to its second Devonshire cream tea party later in the afternoon.
