A soft play area is to be added to the Red Kangaroo in Coventry, UK, on April 23 and will include a giant four-lane slide, rope bridge, baby play area and log ramp climb.

New soft play area for Coventry

The trampoline franchise opened its 54,000sq.ft Coventry site on February 1, which was previously a warehouse for hundreds of London black cabs. The company has reported a positive reception with more than 20,000 visitors using the facility since it opened.

The site’s general manager, Stephanie Gray, said: “We have already developed some great relationships with families in the area during our first six weeks.

“We expect to be a really busy Easter holiday and hope to build many more as we continue to invest in creating a wonderful place for families to enjoy.”

Paul Wrightman, managing director of Red Kangaroo, said: “We put a lot of thought into how parents, staff and most importantly children will interact with the play features within the design and we are delighted with the outcome.

“We’ve included as much play value as possible to engage the kids and to complement the other attractions within the park, which we hope will encourage visitors to keep coming back.”
