Debit card system provider Embed has made a number of new installations in the Middle East recently.
The ColorGlo-HD and Anygame Anywhere wireless debit card system has gone into the Pasha Insaat Group’s new FEC Action World, located on the outskirts of Baku in Azerbaijan, and the wireless card system has been chosen for the second year by Modhesh World in Dubai an annual indoor festival, held at the Dubai Airport Expo building, which promoted family entertainment education and cultural awareness during the summer period.
Luke McKimmie, general manager of Embed Middle East, commented: "We are increasing our exposure to the former Soviet regions (CIS) and we are very excited to be working with Pasha Insaat and their premium entertainment facility. With our dedicated team in Dubai we are able to service its facility very easily and this has ensured the timely delivery of the initial system and ongoing support services."
The POS and wireless debit card solution at Modhesh World, organised by MAF Leisure, HB Leisure and Dubai Summer Surprises, was implemented to manage the multiple arcade game arenas, midway games and dedicated rides and attractions. The entertainment festival covers more than 37,000sq.m.
McKimmie commented: "Often facilities of the size and scope as Modhesh World present some unique challenges. Having previously worked on many similar projects, our Dubai-based team had the complete system installed and operational in days. The Embed point of sale and wireless debit card system are very well suited to these types of indoor/outdoor parks, which allows us to provide a turnkey solution to replace the traditional coin/token systems very efficiently."
