Ajman, one of the United Arab Emirates, will see a huge new shopping and leisure complex housing a major family entertainment centre.
The venue, named Mirkaaz, will be the first mall in the UAE to feature a sprawling atrium roof and will be built by Adman Holding.
The location is close to the border between Ajman and the adjoining emirate Sharjah and only a short distance from the Dubai International Airport. It is expected to be completed during 2019.
Ajman is expecting 3.5 million tourists in the coming year and is opening 45 new hotels and other accommodation units. The location will also house a major new cinema complex plus 100 shops and a botanical garden.
