Nevin has been in the position for seven years and will leave the post at the end of November.

Michael Blau, president of TEA, said: “Jennie has been instrumental in the growth and stabilisation of TEA since she was brought on board. She managed to formalise and professionalise it through tremendous effort, dedication, time and unwavering commitment. Without Jennie, we would not have been able to serve our members ot the great extent that we have during her tenure.”

During her tenure, TEA eliminated its debt, significantly increased its annual income, established a large operational reserve, quadrupled its membership, expanded its sponsorship base and the quantity and quality of member events.
