Secure cashless payments provider Nayax has announced that PromptPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay transactions are now available in Thailand.
They can be enabled on any VPOS Touch, Onyx or VPOS Fusion device, said the company, working closely with integration partner Ksher.
PromptPay is the most popular mobile payment app in Thailand currently in unattended retail and can accept all leading payment methods in the country, including Visa and Mastercard.
The QR code can be automatically generated and displayed on Nayax devices in a seamless and secure transaction in many unattended businesses such as vending, laundromats, car washes, kiddie rides and arcades.
