Amusement arcades, family entertainment centres and adult gaming centres in England will reopen on May 17, according to the UK government.

The "small print" in the procedure shows that other outdoor attractions such as mini-golf can open on March 29.

It is also confirmed that pubs will only be able to serve takeaway drinks in the first of the release-from-lockdown that impacts the hospitality sector. This will take place from April 12.

From May 17, pubs will be able to take customers inside, although only with a table service.
