Industry veteran Mike Ansell of Lordsvale/Jingle Games has signed a worldwide licence agreement with The Beatles’ company Apple Corps for a Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club themed jukebox.

The limited edition jukebox will be manufactured by Sound Leisure and will be based on the company’s unique vinyl playing Rocket machine.
The iconic Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. It was the first rock LP to win four Grammy Awards in 1968 and contained some of the most well-known Beatles tracks, including With A Little Help From My Friends and Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds.
Jingle Games will distribute the machine in the UK with Sound Leisure handling all the export orders with their distribution partners.
Mike Ansell stated: “ I am very pleased to be working with Sound Leisure once again. It’s 16 years since they manufactured the first Beatles jukebox for Lordsvale, which was the Yellow Submarine. The Yellow Submarine has since become a highly collectable, sought-after jukebox.”
