Nawal Zioui is the first full-time employee of the new Middle East trade association, MENALAC, operating out of Dubai, UAE.
MENALAC (the Middle East and North Africa Leisure and Attractions Council) already has the support of virtually all of the big operators across the Middle East.
Zioui is a Moroccan with 13 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and speaks four languages. She takes over as the organisation’s administration manager.
MENALAC has already organised a string of seminars across the region and is planning a banquet and awards night in April, in Dubai, coinciding with the DEAL trade show, when presentations will be made to people and operations in the Middle East industry who have excelled in representing the business.
