Suzo-Happ has established a new European customer service department in the Netherlands, which will be led by Vanessa Meijer-Groeneweg.
“The multi-faceted market demands change over time,” said Harald Wagemaker, sales director of Suzo-Happ EMEA. “Our customers are growing in their international successes and it is our task to ensure that our service mirrors this.
“We therefore made the decision to implement this brand new department. Now customers can channel their enquiries through one single department. We believe this will add even further impetus on our approach to professional customer service.”
Meijer-Groeneweg has been with the company for 11 years and previously worked within sales with responsibility for the Benelux countries.
“Vanessa has vast experience with supporting our clients. She was the ideal candidate for this position and her friendly, focused approach is a great asset,” added Wagemaker.
