AMI Entertainment has released the 2010.5 software update for its Megatouch Ion and Force products.

This release includes refreshed content for several Megatouch favourites and is free to any operator currently running 2010 software.

Trivia Whiz 2 and Mystery Phraze have been updated with new questions and puzzles, while the Photo Hunt and Photo Pop libraries have been refreshed with new pictures.

There have also been changes to the language capabilities of several Megatouch favourites where language support has been added for Arabic, German, Finnish, Hungarian, Greek, Thai and simplified Chinese.

"We always strive to have fresh content," said AJ Russo, AMI Entertainment’s creative director. "The 2010.5 release offers so many content upgrades, players will continue to be drawn to their favourite games."

The 2010.5 release marks the first time a Megatouch software update is available as a download at the same time the software kits ship. Connected operators won’t have to wait for their kits to arrive instead they can simply select which machines to update automatically through the Megatouch operator website.
