InterGame has learnt that the latest addition to the trade show calendar for the amusement industry has been cancelled due to the current international economic climate.
MEAAPLE was set to be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, UAE, from February 2-4. The event was supposed to bring together the major companies, professional and government bodies, trade associations, investors and legislators for the out of home leisure and destination-based entertainment markets.
And it was hoped it would provide a unique platform to further enhance and support the vision for attractions, amusements, theme parks and leisure and entertainment growth in the Middle East.
