A failed major shopping mall in Florida, US, has been bought by two FEC owners to be turned into the second Xtreme Action Park.

The shopping mall, Artegon in Orlando, has been bought by Dezer Development and PrimeTime Amusements who jointly own the Xtreme Action Park in Fort Lauderdale, covering a huge 230,000sq.ft.

The plan for the mall site will be to turn it into the second Xtreme Action Park, to include a trampoline park, retro arcade and perhaps a go-kart track indoors. It is likely that the site will also contain a car museum as Dezer Development owner Michael Dezer is a well-known collector of classic cars with three museums in Miami, Las Vegas and at the Xtreme location in Fort Lauderdale.
