Plans for a multi-million dollar family entertainment centre in Carrabassett Valley in the US state of Maine have been given the go-ahead.
The $2.1m project, which is being led by resident Kerry Audet, is to include a 10-lane bowling centre, a golf simulator, a games room, a sports pub and a 100-seat restaurant, the Sun Journal reports.
Following approval from local planning officials, the new FEC will be developed on the site of the Carrabassett Valley Inn and is expected to open towards the end of this year.
A ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 1.
