A UK crime bulletin asks arcade owners to watch out for a character in a CCTV image who is suspected to be defrauding machines in the arcade on Eastbourne Pier.
The bulletin said that the suspect was wearing glasses and a wig and was seen to manipulate a split plastic £20 note and obtain coins.
The same person was seen to visit six arcades in Blackpool on another occasion this month. The bulletin said that one of the offenders was alleged to be Thomas Wheatcroft from Portsmouth, who is a prolific offender.
In Blackpool he was seen to be using a white Kia Sportage with the registration number PF23 FHH.
