Despite the ongoing economic uncertainty in Europe, the global laser tag market is performing “very well,” according to Netherlands-based LaserMaxx Lasergames.

Marcel Rohrs, CEO of LaserMaxx, said laser games have been performing strongly over the last 12 months, as has his company, which is now one of the major manufacturers of laser tag equipment.

“On average we open three new LaserMaxx Lasergames arenas per month,” he told InterGame. “Our roots and the base of our success are the European countries, but part of our success has also been other countries such as India, Azerbaijan and Lebanon. This is a really interesting development.”
