The city council in Maricopa, Arizona, US, has approved the sale of land for a trampoline park.

The empty two acre plot has been acquired by Mesa developer Northrim Elevate Holdings for a fee of US$897,336 according to local news outlet Inmaricopa.
Elevate Trampoline Park is expected to occupy the site, with a 25,000sq.ft venue planned. The site is expected to include trampolines, indoor dining options and office space.
Currently, the US entertainment brand has 12 venues across five US states.
