LAI Games has announced the opening of its second research and development unit in Brisbane, Australia.
The company, which has to its credit some ground-breaking games including Stacker, Lighthouse, Snapshot and Little Masterpiece, builds in Indonesia.
CEO Alan Freimuth said that an Australian base would tap the country’s talent in game and graphic designers. "Game development and innovation driver our business. Improved game concepts and a novel approach to research and development are the key to pull the industry out of the doldrums. Expanding our R and D capabilities will increase the odds to bring more hit products to the market."
