D-Box Technologies, the motion-based immersive experiences provider, has announced that its chief financial officer, Jean-François Lacroix, has tendered his resignation in order to pursue another opportunity.
Lacroix’s resignation takes effect on August 8. The board of directors has appointed its chief operating officer, Sébastien Mailhot, to the position of interim chief financial officer and D-Box has initiated the process of finding a replacement. Lacroix will work closely with Mailhot during the coming weeks to ensure an orderly transition of his responsibilities.
“I have enjoyed working at D-Box and I wish the best for the company. I believe it is well-positioned for the future. I remain fully committed to helping the team to ensure a seamless transition over the next several weeks,” said Lacroix.
President and CEO Claude McMaster and the board of directors offered their thanks to Lacroix for his contribution to D-Box over the last two years.
