Alan Freimuth has been promoted to CEO of LAI Games and Pete Gustafson has been appointed general manager of the company's US office.

Freimuth has over 30 years of experience in the coin-op industry, covering sales, operations, manufacturing and research and development.

Commenting on the appointments, LAI founder Malcolm Steinberg said: "In the last five years, with the support of Chris McGrath, who manages manufacturing and R&D, Alan has established LAI Games as an internationally recognised brand within the industry. The new position will allow him to focus on the continued growth and stability of the company."

Industry veteran Gustafson will take over the management of the company’s US office in Dallas. He joined the company last year and has 27 years of experience in the industry, working for companies such as Sega and Data East.
