Presented to the market for the first time at IMA in Germany last week, Boxer Surprise from Poland’s Jakar offers the popular boxing game experience with the added incentive of prizes.
The game challenges players to achieve the highest score, with certain pre-determined scores also corresponding to prizes displayed within the unit itself. It is a machine that sales manager Jaroslaw Mlas believes will be ideally suited to the UK marketplace.
Another product on display at the German show was prize merchandiser Speed Hunter, released towards the end of last year and premiered at IAAPA in November. This game proved popular with visitors to the both events and Jakar is aiming to work with distributors to bring it to locations in key territories.
Following the response to its products at the US show, the company can see a “strong future” there, Mlas said.
