The sixth Amusement and Attractions Industry, Parks and Playgrounds Exhibition – AMTECH, for short – is being held in Tehran, Iran, on February 16-19, 2017.

The show gained some prominence this year when the fifth event was attended by a sudden influx of international amusement industry visitors hot on the heels of the announcement of the relaxing of trade sanctions on Iran.
The exhibition is to be held at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground and in 2016 attracted around 100 exhibitors with companies from Italy, Taiwan, Germany, Turkey, the Netherlands and China.
Visitors, including many from neighbouring countries, totalled, according to the organisers, 5,000.
