The IOA has announced its decision to once again stage its AGM at the EAG International Expo in London on January 22-24, 2013.

The IOA is a nationwide group of 14 owner-managed operating companies. Responsible for operating an estimated 24,000 amusement and gaming machines throughout the UK from 23 depots via its operator members, the IOA delivers pubcos and additional site owners a comprehensive machine operating service and a complete machine management function.

IOA chief executive Peter Weir said that EAG International provided the perfect time and location to stage its annual gathering: “This will be the fourth year for holding our AGM at EAG International. We support and attend many regional shows but EAG International is the most important.

“Since its inception, EAG International Expo has been the event where we can see and discuss the very latest products. The show provides the perfect opportunity for speaking with distributors, equipment manufacturers and pubcos, due to the fact they all attend.

“We’re all in the business of creating incremental revenue and at a time when all sectors are enduring economic and cultural changes, the show is a great forum for exchanging views about products and the state of the industry.”
