The IOA Group, Britain's largest independent amusement and gaming operator, has strengthened its market position following the acquisition of Sovereign Games by fellow IOA Group member Bob Rudd Leisure.
The purchase, completed May 6 for an undisclosed sum, has seen Bob Rudd Leisure acquire all company assets including the IOA Group contracted business, which is in excess of 900 machines.
Nick Rudd, operations and marketing director, commented: "Our objective is to continue the IOA Group strategy of maximising machine income through a combination of providing customers with the very best products and the very best service levels that only an independent operator can deliver."
