The Family Fiesta, Intercard's annual IAAPA Attractions Expo party in Orlando brought together more than 350 members of the company's global family of customers, staff and industry colleagues for a fun evening on November 13. Guests came from as far away as Asia, Australia, the Middle East and South America.

Guests enjoyed beer, wine and margaritas at two bars and feasted on a lavish Mexican taco and guacamole buffet at Rocco's Tacos in Orlando's Dr. Phillips entertainment district. The private party room overlooking Little Sand Lake was buzzing with a VIP crowd until late in the evening. Intercard marked the release of its new Edge Mobile Apps Collection by handing out another useful tool, sustainable drinking straws made of aluminium.

"The Intercard Family Fiesta has become a hot ticket on the IAAPA party circuit," said Lynda Brotherton, global marketing director for Intercard. "Our first year we had 250 guests and the next year we had 500 because word-of-mouth drew an overflow crowd. This year we kept it to a manageable 350 guests who were thrilled to greet old friends and make new ones. We were also proud to introduce several new team members and have some fun before the show got into high gear." A team from marketing agency Rocket Effect provided event photography including a custom-designed photo background featuring the new Intercard logo.
