Nominations for BALPPA’s Excellence Awards close later this month ahead of the November awards ceremony, which will celebrate high achievement in the indoor play sector.
BALPPA - the British Association of Parks, Piers and Attractions - launched the Excellence Awards earlier this year, bringing the sector its first such awards ceremony since 2012.
Members and non-members of the association have the opportunity to nominate and celebrate the excellence of their leisure business and staff members by completing a simple form. Nominations close on September 30.
The submissions will then be reviewed by an independent panel of experts from the leisure industry with shortlisted finalists receiving a visit from a mystery shopper as part of the winner selection process.
The Gala Awards Dinner will be held at Drayton Manor Hotel near Tamworth, UK, on Monday, November 27, after BALPPA’s first ever trade exhibition, which takes place at the same venue earlier in the day.
The Leisure, FEC and Indoor Play Trade Exhibition will host more than 60 exhibitors and is free to attend, for both members and non-members.
