A three-week postponement has been announced for IAAPA’s EMEA Spring Summit.

The trade association had scheduled the European event for June 8-10, but has switched it to June 29-July1. The cause, said IAAPA, is Covid health and safety regulations set down by the Belgian authorities.

“Considering the current rate of vaccination in the region,” said Jakob Wahl, vice-president, “we expect some of these restrictions to soon be lifted, making the delayed event an even better experience and travel easier for all participants.”

The organisation is working with its host partners in Belgium to amend the arrangements. They include Bellewaerde, Pairi Daiza, Plopsaland De Panne and Walibi Belgium.
