For the first time the international trade association IAAPA held its Leadership Conference in Japan this year.
The event was held on March 6-9 with over 170 top executives from major theme parks and FEC companies in 28 countries. The conference was held in Osaka and Tokyo and heard keynote speakers on major subjects affecting the industry today and also toured several of Japan’s top attractions.
They included an aquarium and theatre in Osaka and Tokyo’s DisneySea. The next Leadership Conference will be held in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in 2019.
