A protest from FEC operators in Hong Kong demands that they should be permitted to reopen their venues after a lockdown for 93 days.

The Hong Kong Family Entertainment Centre Trade Association has reported that they are struggling to make a living and need a second round of financial help, says local news source The Standard.
Some other locations, such as gymnasiums, outdoor sports centres and massage parlours, have been permitted to reopen from today , but FECs remain closed.
An association spokesperson said that the territory has 80 FECs and they all carry very high rents. “The centres are low-risk areas; customers do not have to remove their masks and do not have close contact with other customers or staff. We also limit the number of customers and set up partitions between the games. And all of the facilities are cleaned regularly.”
