Hometown Arcade will be a new venue that blends classic and modern gaming when it opens in Northampton, Massachusetts, US, later this year.

It will be the second venue for the arcade, which already has a location in nearby Norwood.

Set to feature 50 games including pinball, Pac-Man, skee-ball and bubble hockey, as well as a Dance Dance Revolution game. The games will be split across sections in the 3,200sq.ft venue.

The arcade will operate on an entry fee of US$20, which will give the player unlimited gaming for the entire day. Hometown’s previous location opened 18 months ago and features 70 games.

The new location will be able to host parties and gaming tournaments, as well as leagues for pinball and other games.

Thereminder.com reports that the arcade is currently in talks with a pizza restaurant to supply food to the venue, while it is also working at obtaining an alcohol licence.
