About to be released by Hologate of Germany, the specialist in VR and AR, is Blasters of the Universe: VR Bullet Hell.

The new shooting game will be a useful addition to Hologate’s portfolio of games that supports over 400 locations across 36 countries, between them attracting eight million players so far.

The new game is a multiplayer that pits teams of up to four players against waves of bullets and bad characters in a 1990s virtual reality landscape.

Hologate’s partner in the game, Secret Location, said through vice president of content Kathryn Rawson: “As businesses start to reopen, our partners Hologate with the largest VR entertainment network, has launched the arcade edition of our popular PC VR shooter. Now more than ever families are going to be craving shared experiences and our multi-player game is coming to market at a time when the competition and intense action that characterises the Blaster franchise, can provide some much-deserved escapism.”
