Hollywood Bowl has expanded internationally with the purchase of Teaquinn Holdings, owners of ten-pin bowling company Splitsville.
The deal sees Hollywood Bowl acquire five large FECs, costing them £10.6m.
Each centre features ten-pin bowling lanes, amusements and a full F&B offering.
Also included in the deal is Striker Bowling Solutions, which supplies and installs bowling products and owns the exclusive rights to distribute Brunswick products across Canada.
The founder and president of Splitsville, Pat Haggerty, will remain with the business and will be tasked with leading its expansion.
