Manufacturers of innovative adventure recreation equipment, Head Rush Technologies, had two new zipline trolleys to add to their portfolio at the IAAPA show.

Coming in just below the Impact trolley in the LightSpeed range, the EZ Clip trolley is designed to enable split-second, one-handed installation, enabling guides to increase throughput. An integrated trigger combats dropping the unit while installing it on a line. It also features ABEC-rated bearings, a durable front-impact surface and a curved, back-up carabiner slot.

The smallest entry into the same family is the Micro Trolley. While being small, it’s still highly durable. Compact and lightweight, it boasts a forward design for better braking and a smooth rider experience. It shares many of the high-performance characteristics of its bulkier brethren but comes in at only 364g.

All of the trolleys in the LightSpeed range are designed specifically for zippiness and, despite being able to handle speeds of up to 121kph, their construction helps to reduce wear on ziplines.

Along with its TruBlue auto belay and Quickjump free-fall device, the whole Head Rush stand was busy throughout the show. Chris Koske, director of marketing, commented: “The show has been fantastic for Head Rush, we’ve had many new enquiries on our new and existing products, so we’re very pleased with how it’s gone.”
