Since the release of Raw Thrills' H2Overdrive in June 2009, Betson Enterprises reports the game has sold close to 2,000 worldwide.
Designed with both gamers and casual players in mind, it challenges players to unlock certain ‘achievements’ during their game play, allowing them to advance their way to the top rank of Fleet Admiral.
A keypad entry feature allows the ability to store watercraft upgrades and achievements in the machine at the location, creating repeat traffic and player loyalty - increasing revenue for the operator.
Fleet Admiral, which means a player spending around US$5-600 over a period of time, was recently achieved at a Main Event facility in Texas, US. Commenting on this achievement, Tony Maniscalco of Betson said: "That type of investment by a player speaks volumes on the entertainment value the players are getting."
