GTI Asia China Expo, to be held in the Area A, China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex on September 10-12 2019, will feature a special VR and AR zone.
A number of new products, technologies and business models will be unveiled in the area, aiming to highlight the ways in which advanced technology can be integrated into the entertainment world. “Dozens” of VR and AR companies from South Korea and mainland China have reserved their stands for the zone.
Because of the arrival of 5G and the subsequent boost to the strength of VR/AR equipment and smartphones, International Data Corporation predicts that the number of VR devices in the world will reach 78 million by 2021, while in China the VR market value in 2019 will reach US$3.3bn and the growth rate of AR and VR will reach 86.9 per cent.
