A new Go Ape treetop adventure park, to be situated within Blackburn's Witton Country Park, has been approved.
The £200,000 park is scheduled for an Easter 2023 opening date, reports BBC Lancashire, and was approved by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
The project was proposed by Adventure Forest Ltd, who are also designing the treetop course. it will include zip wires and rope bridges, with areas designed to be compatible with different age groups.
Blackburn's new Go Ape location is due to be situated on Blackburn's 480-acre Preston Road Green Belt space.
