The Hasbro game Monopoly has come to life at the Doha Festival City in Qatar.
The Monopoly Live Game Show is open to any customer spending QAR200 (US$55) in any store in the mall. The customer presents a receipt at any customer service desk to get the Monopoly admission stamp.
The stamp entitles the bearer to participate in the game for prizes in any one of four sessions each day. They are awarded Monopoly play pieces and play the game while everyone is entertained by Mr Monopoly and Mr Jailer, who will also oversee the game.
The giant board features mall retail outlets as destinations. The promotion runs from the first day of Eid through to June 14 at the Centre Court of the mall.
